A message from our Chef

I invite you to dine on our beautiful rooftop.  I have worked for over twenty years as a Chef in restaurant hotels all around India.  I have been at Helsinki House for more than four years, and I love this spot. I am passionate about creating flavorsome dishes using fresh ingredients while ensuring the highest cleaning standards. I take pride in my workplace and in teaching my staff the essentials of kitchen cleanliness.  If you have any questions about the food, I am happy to answer them. Moreover, I can cater my recipes to your dietary requirements and differing spice levels.

 

 

Service with a smile

Our friendly waiter, Ram, delights people from around the globe with his warmth and attentiveness.  Rest assured, you will receive great service when you dine with us.

 

Opening hours

  • Our rooftop opens at 7:30 am for breakfast which is served until 10 am.
  • Lunch is available from 12 pm until 3:30 pm daily.
  • Dinner is available from 6 pm until 10:45 pm daily.

A little bit away from everything else but definitely worth taking a tuktuk to! We came here just for dinner and were not disappointed. Great service and one of the most delicious dishes we had in India so far! The hotel made a great impression as well.

The view from the HH rooftop is literally breath-taking. Day or night, what you can be sure of is sampling the most delicious food, chatting with the amazingly friendly team at HH whisky marvelling over the views. Just go.. you will not be disappointed!!

We really enjoyed our dinner here, food was really nice and they served fresh food. View from the rooftop was amazing and it’s really nice in the evening with lighting. All staff members were really helpful and friendly.
Would recommend to everyone and hopefully we will visit again.

We had a wonderful dinner on this roof top restaurant, the food was great and the views spectacular. The atmosphere was very cosy and the waiters and manager were friendly and helpful with the menu.

Here we tried the best chai in all of India. Each meal showed that it was made with a lot of dedication, taking care of the flavours and the quality of the food. All done on the spot and super fresh. The dishes are for sharing and it is best to ask for variety. The prices are very good. If you are in Jaisalmer do not hesitate to eat here looking at the fort
